I loved this. I am so glad that I didn’t end up going this route. It was one of the things I considered as we do the original story with Teddy all the time. Also, I handed my phone to Rebecca after I read this and she also loved it. She said it was a perfect example of rewriting a fairytale. That’s one of the things she makes her middle schoolers do.
