It does pretty well, frozen Peppers, zucchini, snap green beans, things like broccoli I buy a fresh head, cut the florets- 1 bag: stalks in another. The stalks are better in stews and goulashes
The florets grilled, or stir fried w/balsamic vinaigrette - yeah.
Carrots are a wonderful addition to stir fry, as well as celery, leaves and stalks. but these we keep in cold(38°f) crisper with low humidity, they last!
Salad doesn't last long here! simply because we love it. I carefully build them for hubs and I to help combat our illnesses, keep our taste buds happy, and everything else moving along.
Cooking is one of the joys/hobbies I can continue, and The Hubs is a CAPTIVE victim!!!
